These terms govern use of the public Capture Tracker marketing website. By using the site, you agree to follow them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
capturetracker.app is the public marketing website for Capture Tracker. It explains the product's intended use, current scope, and controlled onboarding process. You may use the site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
Capture Tracker does not offer public self-service signup. Submitting the Request Access form does not create an account, establish a customer relationship, guarantee admission, reserve capacity, or obligate either you or Capture Tracker to proceed. Information you submit must be accurate and must not contain confidential records or credentials.
Website content is general product information, not accounting, tax, legal, payroll, investment, or other professional advice. Capture Tracker organizes accounting records; it does not replace your CPA, tax preparer, attorney, payroll provider, or professional judgment. You remain responsible for business decisions, filings, payments, and compliance.
Do not misuse the site or Request Access form, submit unlawful or deceptive material, probe or interfere with security, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape the site in a way that disrupts service, or use automated submissions to send spam.
The website's design, copy, branding, graphics, and software are owned by Capture Tracker or used with permission. You may view the site and retain ordinary browser copies for your personal or internal business evaluation. No other license is granted, and you may not misrepresent affiliation with Capture Tracker.
We work to keep the website useful and accurate, but it may be changed, suspended, or unavailable without notice. Product descriptions may evolve. The website is provided on an as-available basis, and we do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every item will always be error-free.
These terms govern the public marketing website. If you are invited into the Capture Tracker application, additional onboarding, service, privacy, or commercial terms may apply to your account and application data. Existing users should continue to use the designated application sign-in.
We may revise these terms as the website changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means the updated terms apply to that later use.
