When you submit the Request Access form, we receive your name, email address, business name, ownership description, optional answers about payroll and CPA support, and any notes you choose to add. Please do not put sensitive financial records, account credentials, Social Security numbers, or payment-card numbers in the form.

We use submitted information to review whether Capture Tracker may fit your business, respond to you, plan controlled onboarding, maintain the security and reliability of the website, and comply with applicable obligations. We do not sell or rent information submitted through the website.

Cloudflare provides DNS, website hosting, security controls, rate limiting, and email delivery for this site. Cloudflare may process limited technical information needed to deliver and protect web requests, such as request, device, timing, security, and error data, under its own terms and privacy practices.

A completed Request Access submission is emailed to the Capture Tracker owner's Gmail inbox for review. We do not use advertising trackers, behavioral advertising pixels, or analytics cookies on this marketing site at launch.

We retain access-request information only as long as reasonably needed to review and respond to the request, manage any resulting business relationship, protect the service, and meet legal obligations. You may ask us to correct or delete your request by emailing the address below. We may retain limited information when required by law or needed to resolve disputes, prevent abuse, or enforce agreements.

This policy describes the public marketing website and its Request Access form. Capture Tracker's controlled-access application handles business and accounting records only after onboarding. Additional notices or agreements presented during onboarding govern that application data where applicable.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to this website, including encrypted transport, server-side validation, constrained service bindings, and abuse controls. No Internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

We may update this notice when the website or our practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
